Special Needs Learning Facilitator

We are looking for a Special Needs Learning Facilitator to join our team at Special needs schools in Kent. As a facilitator, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a tailored support plan for each student.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special needs, including those with physical disabilities, autism, and learning difficulties. You will help students develop skills and strategies to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized support plans for students
- Provide direct support to students with special needs during lessons and activities
- Collaborate with teachers to identify and address any barriers to learning
- Communicate effectively with parents and external professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of support
We require candidates to have prior experience working with children and a good understanding of SEN support strategies. A background check via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be conducted. The salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
