Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a Special Education Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in their learning activities, both individually and in group settings. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, as well as experience working with children or individuals with SEND. You will also possess a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures. While a relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs is desirable, it is not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per year, plus benefits including PAYE and statutory holiday pay. As a member of our team, you will work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, within a supportive school environment. Our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is paramount, and we undertake thorough checks on all workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'.
