About the Role: As an SEN Learning Facilitator, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create personalized learning environments that cater to the unique needs of each child. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, and Speech and Language Difficulties in a 1:1 setting or as part of a classroom resource team
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans that promote academic and personal growth
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure inclusive education practices

Requirements:

  • A minimum of recent experience working with children with special educational needs
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete a new application)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
