**SEN Teaching and Learning Facilitator Role**

VNA Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching and Learning Facilitator to join our team at a primary school in Tower Hamlets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support to students with SEN, promoting inclusive learning environments.
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans, ensuring effective engagement of all students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £9,500 - £10,500 per year (based on 30 hours/week).
