Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching and Learning Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, facilitating their engagement in lessons, and helping them develop essential skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with additional needs in a 1:1 or small group setting.
  • Developing strategies to enhance emotional well-being, social skills, and confidence.
  • Modifying teaching resources to accommodate diverse learning requirements.
  • Maintaining open communication with teachers and families regarding student progress.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with primary-aged children, especially those with special educational needs.
  • A calm, empathetic approach to supporting young learners, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or child development are desirable but not mandatory.
