We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team as a Graduate Learning Facilitator. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with special needs
* Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of student programs
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students with special needs
What We Offer:
