Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Achilles Information Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients to improve their environmental performance and achieve certification through our Achilles Carbon Reduce programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients from registration to certification, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, utilizing strong customer service skills and business development acumen.
  • Apply professional judgement and decision-making skills to resolve technical issues and queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients and internal team members, enhancing their understanding of Achilles' products, processes, and services.
  • Contribute to the development of new programme and service offerings, leveraging research and technical expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a strong background in carbon management, environmental performance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical account management, client relationship management, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results and building effective relationships.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel as required.
