Job Title: Customer Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Achilles Information Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients to improve their environmental performance as part of our Achilles Carbon Reduce programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients through the registration and certification process
  • Provide lead technical support and address technical issues and queries with partners and colleagues
  • Develop and deliver technical training and support sessions for clients and other approved organisations
  • Conduct research to assist the Achilles technical team in progressing and planning programme improvements
  • Provide technical input to new programme and service developments
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert, providing training and coaching to internal team members
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in carbon management or a related field
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in business development, project and client management, and project budget control
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Full UK driving license
