Job Description

At Taylor & Francis Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our global team. As a key member of our customer support department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims accurately and efficiently, responding to customer queries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating matters as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and enhancements to provide expert support to customers.
  • Contribute to the development of customer self-help resources, including online content and FAQs, to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
