The successful candidate will have a strong background in carbon management and sustainability, with experience in managing clients through the certification process. You will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Account Management – managing clients through to achievement and maintenance of program certification, providing lead technical support, and addressing technical issues and queries with partners and colleagues.
  • Non-Certification Projects – researching, project and client management, and project budget control, assisting in the preparation of proposals for clients seeking to join our certification programs.
  • Other Technical Tasks – providing technical training and support sessions for clients and other approved organizations, liaising with other technical staff and external expert bodies to maintain technical knowledge.
  • Internal Subject Matter Expert – providing training and coaching to internal team members to increase capability in understanding Achilles' products, processes, and services.

We are looking for a highly organized and effective individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and a strong passion for sustainability.
