About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a General Manager who is experienced in running a food-led business, with a strong focus on customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving functions and events, and will be comfortable dealing with diners and locals alike.

The Lobster Smack, Canvey Island is a classic British pub with a rich history, operating over two floors with bars and a large garden with over 100 seated covers.
