About the Role:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
