We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our food-led business, The Lobster Smack, in Canvey Island. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and developing a high-performing team.

- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards

About the Business
The Lobster Smack is a classic British pub with a rich history, operating over two floors with bars and a large garden. We are looking for a Business Leader who is experienced in running a food-led business, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
