Key Accountabilities
  • Provide person-centered care to adults with mental health needs, focusing on promoting recovery and independence.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the diverse needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery and minimize harm.
Requirements
  • NMC registration
  • Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £40,032 per annum + £2000 welcome bonus
  • Full-time or part-time hours (8am-8pm on a 2-week rolling rota)
