Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment and Development Manager to join our team at The Edmund Trust. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy and developing our talent pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to identify and address training needs and develop succession plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices and employment law.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new starters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent development, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior managers and staff at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications.
