We are looking for a skilled and experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration functions of the department, including managing the Patient Administration System (PAS), handling patient queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the PAS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Handling patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office software.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
