Clinical Lead Nurse

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Black Fox Solutions in Bangor. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote social inclusion and meaningful activities
- Administer medications according to policy and procedure
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
- Provide nursing care as required, including leading and supporting your team of nurses
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Degree in General Nursing with experience in Dementia Nursing
- At least 6 months of Sister/Charge Nursing experience
- Valid NMC Pin
