Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and exceed quota.
  • Sell chromatography and mass spectrometry solutions to universities, research institutes, and biopharma companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to create business value.
  • Proactively prospect for new customers and new opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the life sciences and biotech market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Specialists and Application Engineers, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with Field Sales Channel to develop and implement key marketing programs.
  • Drive the sales cycle, forecast sales accurately, and provide regular updates on CRM and business processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related applied field.
  • Proven experience in selling instruments or solutions in Agilent's markets.
  • Working knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry, as it pertains to an analytical lab.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the life sciences and biotech market.
  • Excellent networking abilities, with the ability to integrate customer priorities and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
