Account Manager

Agilent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our life science, academic, and biopharma business in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including universities and research institutes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including startups and university spin-offs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the life science or biotech industry.
- Strong understanding of chromatography and mass spectrometry principles and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
