Account Manager

Agilent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our life science, academic, and biopharma business in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed targets and achieve sales forecasts.
- Sell chromatography and mass spectrometry solutions to universities and research institutes, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively prospect for new customers and opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the life sciences and biotech markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Specialists and Application Engineers, to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying new business opportunities and solutions to drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Proven sales experience in the life sciences and biotech markets, with a strong understanding of chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
