Specialist Stoma Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team, providing expert care and support to patients with stomas. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in stoma nursing, with the ability to maintain and develop expertise in various aspects of stoma care.
You will work closely with medical staff, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care. Your strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships and deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
In this role, you will lead nurse-led clinics, participate in clinical audits, and provide education to patients, staff, and the wider multidisciplinary team. You will also be involved in managing complex cases, particularly at the Aintree site, which is a trauma centre, offering exposure to a diverse range of challenging cases.
