Job Description

As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver person-centered care, utilizing your skills and expertise to enhance patients' lives.

You will need to be willing to travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges and opportunities to grow as a professional.
