Rapid Response Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rapid Response Care Specialist to join our team at Independent Community Care Management Limited.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in complex care, including ventilation support, tracheostomy care, and peg feeding. They will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will receive full training and clinical support to enhance your expertise in areas such as seizure management, stoma care, and tracheotomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized care to clients with complex needs
- Working on an on-call rota to ensure 24/7 coverage
- Traveling to various locations within a 100-mile radius
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
