Broadcom ESG Strategic Sales Director

We're seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as the Broadcom ESG Strategic Sales Director at Arrow Electronics, Inc. In this critical role, you'll lead our sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence through strategic partnerships and exceptional talent.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership and team management background, with a proven track record of success in the technology sector. Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs is essential, as well as fluency in English and a willingness to travel up to 70% of the time. Familiarity with additional European languages and experience with sales campaigns are highly valued.
In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
