Description of role:

  • As we transition from a start-up to a European enterprise, we need to scale our sales efforts and establish new sales channels to meet our growth plans.
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales leader with experience scaling sales teams and channels, combining high-value consultative sales with shorter sales cycles.
  • We seek someone who excels at driving high-performance teams, leverages data to identify improvements, and is passionate about evolving sales approaches.
  • Build a high-performing sales team that exceeds targets aligned with our growth plans.
  • Oversight of sales team performance, setting KPIs, SLAs, and objectives, with regular reviews and coaching.
  • Utilize data to identify solutions improving sales conversion and drive these changes across multiple functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaboration with marketing to optimize lead sourcing and partnership delivery.
  • Work with operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers, delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Establish efficient processes, reporting, and platforms to improve sales conversion.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects to drive these improvements.
  • Support COO on other projects, including growth and channel expansion, proposition expansion, sales resource forecasting, and pricing and efficiency improvements.

About you:

  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams with 5+ years leading sales teams in tech-enabled businesses.
  • Able to dive deeply into data, extracting insights to improve operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in building high-performing sales cultures around exceeding targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving, commercial, and analytical skills to understand business needs and implement simple solutions at scale.
  • Exceptional communication skills for challenging conversations, coaching leaders, and communicating initiatives across teams.

Package and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, subject to experience, plus commission and share options giving you a stake in the company's success.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Hybrid working: This is a full-time position with 3 days at our London office and 2 home days.
