Freight Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Development Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our Road Freight division, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in the South East of England.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new business through targeted appointments, follow-up calls, and consistent outdoor presence.
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring the assigned sales portfolio and sales pipeline meet set targets and regional goals.
- Ensure the achievement of strategic commercial objectives and identify potential targets for upgrade or added value opportunities.

Main Duties:
- Promote and develop services within a defined region.
- Establish a personal sales agenda, manage pipeline reports, and record sales activity in our CRM system.
- Provide customer quotations, manage customer tariffs, and identify new business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve given targets as directed by management and ensure company compliance in all areas.

Key Competencies and Skills:
- Results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
- Time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:
- Must demonstrate employment within the freight industry of more than 3 years.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
