We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our client's team in High Wycombe on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining the reception area.

Key Tasks:
  • Phone Handling: Answer and direct phone calls with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Reception Services: Prepare meeting rooms, ensure a warm welcome, book meeting rooms, and manage the meeting room schedule.
  • Administrative Work: Process post, make banking trips, and address maintenance issues.
  • Technical Support: Resolve photocopier issues and conduct electronic ID checks.
  • Office Organisation: Maintain a clean kitchen area and coordinate routine office meals.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • A pleasant, professional demeanor.
  • Previous experience managing a front desk area.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of £14 (1 hour unpaid break) for this part-time Receptionist position.
