Customer Service and Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Smart Office Services.
As a key member of our administration office, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle telephone calls and correspondence, and assist with general administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Liaise with clients and their customers to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, manage email addresses, and take accurate messages.
- Making outgoing calls where necessary and preparing and shipping products on behalf of our client.
- Provide general administration support using Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets as required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write accurately.
- A confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
£15-18 per hour (dependent on experience)
