Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Chiltern Recruitment Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and emails, resolving customer enquiries and processing orders promptly.
- Accurately process standard, forward, and call-off orders while maintaining meticulous records.
- Support account managers by preparing quotations, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Oversee outbound shipments, ensure customs documentation compliance, and manage transport logistics to optimise costs.
- Generate reports on sales metrics and order performance using Power BI.
- Ensure customer account details are accurate and adhere to data protection regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven administrative experience in a sales or customer support environment (essential).
- Proficiency in Excel, with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus:
- 23 days' holiday, plus UK bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after five years.
