About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing site services, including procurement, contract management, building and grounds maintenance, security, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site contracts for soft services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and completing basic hands-on duties when required
  • Work with stakeholders to optimize internal building arrangements, balancing cost, operational efficiency, and employee working environment
  • Maintain records of inspections, tests, maintenance, and repair to meet legal compliance
  • Ensure compliance in all areas of responsibility, including workplace ethics, legal, environmental, security, and Health and Safety
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar facilities/maintenance role, with basic hands-on skills
  • Technical knowledge of hard and soft building services and experience managing 3rd party KPIs and relationships
  • Effective problem solver with strong commercial acumen
  • Understanding of continuous improvement principles
