Job Title: Reliability Maintenance Engineer Lead

We are currently looking for a Reliability Maintenance Engineer Lead to join our team at our facility in Huthwaite, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address underlying problems.
  • Design and implement new maintenance procedures for equipment monitoring and testing.
  • Research and implement innovative technologies and processes to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees, collaborating with other departments to integrate reliability across the organization.
  • Monitor property, facilities, and equipment conditions, identifying maintenance needs and implementing upkeep schedules.
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and effectiveness, overseeing preventative maintenance processes.
  • Research and implement best practices for facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance processes to ensure effectiveness.
  • Manage contractors on site carrying out engineering and other works.
  • Performance management of maintenance staff including evaluation, training and development, coaching, and feedback.
Key Requirements:
  • Around 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding the manufacturing of liquid coatings.
  • Technical knowledge of Liquid coatings.
  • Good communication skills and adaptability.
  • Experience within the chemical industry.
