**Job Overview**

In this exciting role as a Contract Management Apprentice, you will combine on-the-job training with academic study, leading to a BA (Hons), BSc (Hons), or BBA (Hons) in Management and Business. You will have the opportunity to achieve a Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship through Manchester University.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of one or more processes across our operation
  • Lead a small team of up to 20 associates on your shift
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines

**Requirements:**

  • You must be 18 years old or older before the contract start date (September)
  • You are able to read, understand, and communicate in English, and interact with colleagues and customers effectively
  • You are flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with a hands-on approach
  • Achieve a salary range of £28,500 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
