Job Description: Assembly Process Optimization Lead
NRL's client is seeking an experienced Assembly Process Optimization Lead to join their team in Dunfermline. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Assembly and Test processes, ensuring efficient production while driving innovation in the manufacturing of critical products for the oil and gas and related sectors.
About the Role:
- This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Assembly and Test processes.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing process improvements and developing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
- A strong understanding of engineering principles, hands-on manufacturing processes, and familiarity with production documentation and routing are necessary.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD/CAM (NX), PLM Systems (TCE), and ERP Systems (SAP).
Salary: The salary for this position is competitive, with a range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on your experience.
