Job Overview

BELCAN is currently looking for a talented Discipline Engineering Lead - Fife Site to join their team. This is a 12-month contract position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Lead discipline engineering activities on the Fife site, coordinating with project teams and company functions to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement process control surveillance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety.
  • Analyse maintenance records to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors to evaluate work performance and ensure compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Review discipline design drawings and documents to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Develop equipment strategies/maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Drive capital efficiency in engineering design through process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
