About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Programme Director to lead our team in the Fife area. As a key member of Deanston Cooper, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction programmes to meet project deadlines
  • Manage costs effectively, ensuring value for money
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
  • Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and budgets for internal purposes
  • Lead and motivate the site team to achieve excellence

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Substantial experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent with a civil engineering contractor
  • A proven track record of managing complex construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and commercial acumen

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on your level of experience.
