Job Responsibilities
- Optimise construction programmes to ensure timely project completion

- Motivate and develop the site team, promoting a positive work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering
- Experience as a Sub Agent or Site Agent with a civil engineering contractor
- At least 5 years of experience working on diverse civil engineering projects
- Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and good commercial skills
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
