Job Description

Deanston Cooper is looking for a talented Project Manager - Fife to oversee our civil engineering projects in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage construction programmes to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate resources effectively to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
  • Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and budgets for internal use
  • Lead and motivate the site team to achieve exceptional results

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Significant experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent with a civil engineering contractor
  • A strong understanding of construction management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and commercial acumen

The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
