Job Title: Engineering Discipline Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Discipline Lead to join our team in Fife, UK. This is a 12-month contract with an ASAP start date. The ideal candidate will have the right to work in the UK.

The successful applicant will be responsible for evaluating and commenting on discipline engineering work performed by contractors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. They will also facilitate effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines, assure accurate and timely communication among the Project Team, and drive and promote capital efficiency in engineering design.

This role requires extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data collection and analysis using common database and software data analysis tools such as SAP, Analytics for Excel, and Tableau. They must also be able to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
