Manufacturing Process Quality Manager

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Quality Manager to join our team at Escape Recruitment Services.
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on qualifications.
About the PositionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for improving supplier processes and meeting quality standards by monitoring supplier performance and implementing improvement initiatives.
This involves effectively communicating product requirements and quality standards to suppliers, leading supplier qualification activities, and promoting continuous improvement in collaboration with global teams.
Essential Skills- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in areas like 6 Sigma and 8D methodology.
- Excellent computer and communication skills, including presentation and training capabilities.
- Substantial experience in manufacturing and inspection processes, such as machining, welding, and NDT.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO9001, ISO45001, and API Q1.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage independent tasks.
A quality professional with the right qualifications can thrive in this role without needing extensive supplier quality experience.
