We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Staffline Branches. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align sales objectives with our Company Business Growth Plan and strategy, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Support business development in various sectors, including transmission, renewable energy, and industrial markets, as well as exploring new geographies.
  • Promote synergy between our India and UK operations, identifying opportunities for joint capabilities and developing new business prospects.
  • Drive new business development, product introduction, and geographic expansion, resulting in increased orders, sales, and profit.
  • Target and achieve significant growth in non-core business as per our 5-year business plan.
  • Ensure timely execution of growth programs and compliance with approved project financials, demonstrating project management impact.
  • Develop processes and operating mechanisms for new product, business, and sector development, enhancing our commercial capabilities.
