About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume restaurant, with a strong background in pastry preparation. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation, including kitchen risk assessments, is essential.
