About Us

Harbour Beach Club is a prestigious waterfront hotel and resort located on the shores of Salcombe's South Sands Beach. Our stylish beachfront restaurant features a seafood-inspired menu showcasing the best local produce in the region. We offer an all-day dining experience with relaxed banquette seating and a wrap-around terrace for lunch or dinner overlooking the water.

Our Facilities

Our resort features an exclusive event space with an outdoor-indoor flow, offering chic beachside vibes. The space opens out onto the lower terrace for outside eating and drinking. Our Beach Club Spa includes an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and five treatment rooms.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in delivering exceptional menus within the restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for confidently running your own section in the kitchen, working to high standards. At least 6 months of experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, ideally from a 1/2 Rosette background.
