The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume restaurant, with a strong background in pastry preparation. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation is essential.
