About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Harbour Beach Club. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Head Chef in the planning and preparation of menus and specials
* Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing way
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff

Requirements

* Minimum of two years' experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
