About the Role
The Clinical Rehabilitation Assistant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitation services to patients in their own homes. This will involve working with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide ongoing support and therapy to promote independence and well-being.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in health and social care
  • Good general education up to GCSE equivalent
  • Willingness to undertake training to meet competency frameworks

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working options, annual travel card loan, and comprehensive induction program.
