Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our criminal justice sector, you will play a vital role in delivering restorative justice interventions and supporting the effective operation of our project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Publicise our restorative justice service to prisoners and prison staff through outreach work and presentations.
  2. Attend multi-agency meetings on safer custody, risk management, and reducing reoffending.
  3. Co-deliver restorative justice training and provide support for prisoners and staff to become skilled facilitators.
  4. Facilitate restorative interventions in accordance with Best Practice Guidance and policies.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including voluntary organisations and prison teams.
  6. Aware of issues faced by adult men in prison.

About You:

  • At least two years' experience in building relationships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
