About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Compliance and Governance reviews to ensure customer procedures and policies are aligned with regulations and best practices.
  • Review and write Policies and Procedures on behalf of clients for implementation.
  • Undertake Audits to check adherence with regulation, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct AML Independent Audits and handle query resolution.
  • Engage with clients to build relationships and deliver Risk and Compliance services and legal tech solutions.
  • Create and deliver content for webinars and plan and host forums for Access' customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in Risk and Compliance within the legal sector and a strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver technical content in an engaging and understandable way.
  • Attention to detail in analyzing data, document reviews, and spotting trends with proficient IT skills.
  • Proactive approach to staying updated with legal and regulatory changes.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
