Learning and Development Assistant

**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team at MLK Education Search. As a Learning and Development Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with severe learning difficulties and Autism.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans for each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure seamless support.
- Monitor and record student progress and attendance.
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing essential life skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with SEN children, particularly those with Autism and severe learning difficulties.
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum is a plus.
- Skills in managing complex educational pathways and teams.
