Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in achieving their full potential. This role is ideal for an individual who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis, fostering individual progress and understanding.
- Develop strong relationships with students, teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive daily rate of £96.00 - £105.00 (inclusive of holiday pay), providing a stable financial foundation.
- A long-term role through until July 2025, offering job stability and security.

- Valuable experience working with students with SEN, enhancing your skills and knowledge in this field.
Requirements:
- A passion for supporting students with SEN and understanding of their unique needs.
- Prior experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues.
