We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Seven Springs, a vibrant service that makes a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to live the life they choose, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centred support, assisting with daily life tasks, escorting and supporting customers in and around the service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and support customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Support our person-centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families.
  • Ideal experience in personal care (not essential).
  • Ability to work under pressure and as a team.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota where required.
